By subscribing to our service, accessing our platform, or engaging in consultations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Service Description

Our subscription service provides financial planning consultations, analytical reviews, and strategic guidance. We do not provide specific investment advice, fund management, or guaranteed financial outcomes.

User Obligations

Subscribers must provide accurate financial information, maintain confidentiality of access credentials, use services for lawful purposes, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Maintain security of account access and personal data
• Use service recommendations responsibly and seek additional advice when needed
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our services or platform. Violation may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

• Sharing account access with unauthorized individuals
• Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary systems
• Harassing staff members or other subscribers

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Services begin upon payment confirmation. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice, but no refunds are provided for partial months.

Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and include applicable taxes. Payment is due in advance of each subscription period. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and proprietary information provided through our service remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Malaysian law. We are not responsible for indirect damages, market losses, or consequences of financial decisions made based on our consultations.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation, followed by mediation if necessary. Any unresolved matters are subject to Malaysian court jurisdiction.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify service features, pricing, or terms with 30 days advance notice to subscribers. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with appropriate notice. We may immediately terminate accounts for breach of terms, illegal activity, or non-payment of fees.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. International users are bound by these terms regardless of their location.
